Nature of the ContributionAll contributions made through this Campaign are voluntary financial contributions intended to support the production of an independent short film.Contributions are not investments and do not create any ownership interest, equity, securities, profit participation, royalties, or other financial rights in the film or any related intellectual property.2. No Ownership or Creative RightsBacking this Campaign does not grant the Backer any ownership, copyright, trademark, intellectual property rights, producer rights, voting rights, editorial approval, approval over the final cut, creative authority, consultation rights, decision-making authority, or any other control over the film, its production, distribution, marketing, festival strategy, or future exploitation.All creative, artistic, financial, legal, and production decisions remain exclusively with the production.3. Honorary CreditsAny credits awarded through this Campaign, including but not limited to Special Thanks, Associate Supporter, and Executive Producer, are honorary acknowledgements of support only.These credits do not create a legal producer relationship, employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, ownership interest, or entitlement to compensation, profits, creative input, or decision-making authority.4. Reward FulfillmentRewards are offered in good faith.The production will make every reasonable effort to fulfill all rewards included in each contribution tier.However, due to the inherently unpredictable nature of filmmaking, rewards cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance. Production schedules, post-production timelines, festival requirements, distribution obligations, force majeure events, technical failures, legal requirements, illness, safety concerns, scheduling conflicts, platform limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect reward fulfillment.Where reasonably possible, the production may substitute an alternative reward of equal or greater value.5. Online Experience RewardsAll live experience rewards offered through this Campaign are provided exclusively online.These may include, but are not limited to, online Q&A sessions, virtual meetings, production discussions, behind-the-scenes sessions, creative conversations, or other digital experiences described within the selected contribution tier.Online experiences are subject to production schedules, availability, technical requirements, and reasonable limitations.Dates and times will be communicated in advance whenever reasonably possible. The production reserves the right to reschedule online experiences due to production needs or unforeseen circumstances.The Backer is responsible for having access to the necessary internet connection, compatible devices, and any required accounts or platforms needed to participate.6. Digital RewardsEstimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and may change.Certain rewards may only become available after production, post-production, festival premieres, distribution obligations, or other release restrictions have concluded.Digital rewards may be delivered through email, private links, online platforms, or other digital methods selected by the production.7. Refund PolicyAll contributions are intended to support the production of the film and are considered final.To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, contributions are non-refundable and non-transferable.8. EligibilityBy contributing, the Backer represents and warrants that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into this agreement.9. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the production's obligation is limited to making reasonable efforts to fulfill rewards or providing a reasonable substitute where appropriate.The production shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in this Campaign.10. Governing LawThese Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.Any dispute arising from or relating to this Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.11.
